Learning about AI for real estate

I'd like to compile a set of resources to help LP investors understand the different risk and reward tradeoffs of investing in different real estate asset classes. In particular I'd like to compare multifamily, sr living (IL/AL/MC), industrial flex / NNN leases, and self storage asset classes. I'd like to understand what risks these asset classes are exposed to, how those risks differ in their exposure to external factors (recession, etc) and degree of operataional excellence required (eg assisted living much more labor intensive as an owner than NNN leases). I'd like to quantify the expected return profiles for each, and then share case studies to make these risk and return tradeoffs clear. I'd like a mix of written text, visuals, and links to audio / video resources
