Design, plans and pitch for investors for off grid retirement living

This is the scope of this project - creating a business plan, ideas and file for designing a off grid over 50’s village. Find a property big enough (100+ acres) for 7-12 lots, cabins, houses etc. All of the places are private. There is a communal area, caretaker/horticulturist who grows the seasonal produce available to provide to the residents. Livestock and organic regen farmed meat, dam for fish and water. The dwellings will be architectural wood and stone style with holistic natural vibes. The whole community is entirely off grid. There is security fencing and protection for the residents. All houses have bunker/bomb shelter and an EV buggy for transport. The idea is bringing the dream of living of the land to those who it’s a bit hard to try to do. There will be a helipad onsite. A stock of supplies and backup for all items needed for survival however luxury options and bespoke cabin/house design.
