Automation opportunity in Kenyan Insurance industry for broker and Insurance company

I am product manager working in Insure tech company who is doing automation of work for the Insurance and broking firm and reduce their manual work through AI and other type of technical tools . I am currently doing market research in Insurance sector in Kenya and analysis the gap where we as insurtech enter and automate the solution or resolve their problem statement from buying the insurance to reduce the manual work at the service part. Can you help me out in this with the insuretech competitor and their existing service and gap analysis.
