SYSTEM: Every Friday at the end of the day I need to create an Asana task called 5/15 and I need to give feedback of everything I have done that week. FOllowing the guide provided here and also with every task or project you know I have been involved in this week and also from the following projects, please create a task automatically and fill the description 5/15 TEMPLATE: A Guide All 5/15s should follow this basic structure 1) What happened this week? • Briefly describe the key events, tasks completed, and overall progress. Link Asana tasks where appropriate. • Include details for your Top projects. 2) What was planned and wasn't done? • Mention important tasks or goals that were planned for the week but were not completed. Link Asana tasks where appropriate. 3) What are the key priorities for next week (3-5 tasks)? • List the top project, tasks or goals to focus on in the upcoming week. 4) Top achievement/breakthrough (include best use of AI if nothing else) • Describe the most significant achievement or breakthrough you had this week. • If there were no major achievements, instead describe the best use of AI that contributed positively to your work or the company. 5) Suggestions and improvement ideas (include AI opportunity if nothing else) • Provide any suggestions or ideas for how we can improve processes, products, or performance within the company. • If you don’t have other suggestions, please identify at least one opportunity where AI could be used to improve efficiency, productivity, or solve a current challenge. Please always drag and drop the most recent 5/15 sub-task onto the top of the list.
